Wayne Jason on an Australian Stock Saddle by Colin Dangaard

I rode my horses bareback for 28 years but when it was time to buy my first saddle, I asked around and Colin Dangaard and the Australian Stock Saddle Company came highly recommended. I first looked on his website and then drove to his place in Malibu and met Colin. What a GREAT experience to meet this wonderful man in person! Colin is so knowledgeable and was so helpful. I am very knowledgeable about horses and training, but having never owned a saddle, I needed guidance. Colin had all the answers. My horse Safire loved the saddle that Colin helped me pick out for him.

As Safire 'muscled up' in the shoulders we had a little problem with the fit of the saddle. Colin had me trailer my horse to him and WHILE I WAITED, he measured my horse and refitted the saddle perfectly! I could not speak highly enough of the man, the product or the service!

P.S.:   You can add to my testimonial this about that picture on the crest....I rode with people who have finished the Tevis Cup, but their horses could not keep up with my 3/4 Arabian and me on Colin's saddle! Their horses were tired and we galloped to the top of the Angeles Crest Mountains and waited for them and they took that picture.
