The Colin Fox - For Large Riders Up To 300lbs!
The COLIN FOX is a new saddle built on an old idea. The basic design is now one quarter century old.
The knee pad is 3 1/2 high, and the dip in the seat is 4 1/2”.
The saddle is built with American leather, with black, thick man-made felt on the underside. The saddle weight of a 16” seat is 19 lbs. It has red latigo leather around the cantle and the pommel, protecting major wear points on any saddle, often damaged when saddles are being pulled in and out of horse trailers and tack racks.
Like all our saddles, the price includes the Tackaberry girthing system, and aluminum safety stirrups with padded suede treads.
Comes standard with nickle fittings.
Custom matching breastplate, Barcoo bridles and saddle bags have also been produced to match this saddle.
The COLIN FOX is also available with brass fittings, as shown here, or nickel fittings. The saddle can be fitted with with silver etched stirrups, or black etched stirrups, or plain aluminum.
