Western Down And Out Safety Stirrup
The WESTERN DOWN AND OUT SAFETY STIRRUP has the same dimensions as the AUSSIE DOWN AND OUT except it has a shank at the top to pass over a traditional 2 1/2” fender bottom common to Western saddles.
The tread cover pad is either black or brown. The stirrups are hanging correctly on the saddle when the rider is mounted, and his/her foot is in the stirrup, and the star stamped on the top of the stirrup is to the outside.
There is a near side stirrup and an off side, or, if you are sitting on the horse, a left stirrup and a right stirrup.
